BehindCandle is trading software built with technology and engineering to help users understand live market data, analyse market movements in depth and make trading easier. The software aims to help users make informed trading decisions.

1. Account information

To create an account, only your name and email address are required. An OTP is sent to your email address for verification. Providing your mobile number is optional.

2. Financial information

We do not collect your bank account details, debit or credit card details, or Demat or trading account information. You do not need to connect your broker account to use BehindCandle.

3. IP address

While you use the software, your IP address may be used for security purposes and to prevent unauthorised use of paid plans. This helps us make sure that paid plans are used by authorised users.

The sign-up page uses Google reCAPTCHA to stop automated sign-ups. Google collects device and usage information for this check, and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to it.

4. Data privacy

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Your information is used only for account management, verification and software security.
